1863 Liberty Seated Quarter Dollar. Proof 63. Magnificent, perfectly blending iridescent toning, lightning in the obverse center. The reverse is mostly electric blue. Popular civil-war issue and only 460 proofs minted. Worth a premium for the gorgeous natural toning.
