1854-O. NGC graded EF-40. Housed in an Old Holder. Only 24,000 struck. Mostly untoned. Lightly struck in areas including some shallow (but still complete) denticles on either side. Suggestions have been made that the dies clashed and the mint relapped them. In the process, some of the details were effaced. Normal light circulation marks for EF40 quality (PCGS # 7971) .
