Myrna Loy. Mysterious left-profile photo, 11 x 14 in., signed in the plate at lower right by photographer Herbert Mitchell. Matted and framed to an overall size of 14¾ x 17¾ in. Faint crease in lower right corner and one other small one at bottom center. Miss Loy (1905-1993) was best known for her role as Nora Charles in the 1934 The Thin Man and five subsequent Thin Man films. A 1937 national poll crowned her "The Queen of Hollywood."
