STS-26, 1988, FLOWN US Flag & Patch. This US flag (6x4") and 4" Patch (actually a decal) are mounted on a large matted Styrofoam multicolor presentation plaque (21.5x25.5") that reads, in part: "This American flag and Infrared Communications Flight Demonstration Patch were flown aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery on STS-26, September 29, 1988 - October 3, 1988…". Quite attractive and different from other presentation plaques we have seen from this flight.
