Apollo 11, 1969, FLOWN Gold Foil. 5") mounted on a typed COA that reads: "This is to certify that the attached material was part of the outer reflective skin of the Apollo Spacecraft CM-107, that carried astronauts Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins on their historic flight to the moon, 16-21, 1969". It is signed by Terry Slezak - NASA MSC - Lunar Receiving Lab Decontamination Team. It was after this flight that Slezak achieved NASA immortality by becoming the first man to touch Moon Dust (inadvertently!). Rare.
