Apollo Program, c1960s, Bell & Howell, 16mm. Movie Camera (about 8.5x7x6") This handheld, spring-wound 16mm. motion picture camera is supposed to be one of the best 16mm. cameras made. This one is equipt with a Solingor Television lens, 50mm.1:1.14 (No. 22030) lens and a Fortune Television, 25mm. 1:1.9 (No. 12361) lens and Bell and Howell viewfinders. This type camera was used by most of the professional photographers involved with the Gemini/Apollo Program to film recovery and other NASA operations (note the Apollo 14 photographer's group photo in the sale where one of the guys is holding a simular camera). This camera is in excellent, but used condition and even includes a removable "hand-crank" to advance the film. A great inclusion for any collection.
