[Kaiulani] Vintage Photo of the Heir Apparent of Hawaii. Cabinet photo, 6½ x 4¼ in., with imprint on lower mount of Tynan Bros., 41 Bath Street, Jersey. A lovely, pensive pose of the young Hawaiian princess who in 1889 went to England to prepare for the time when she would rule Hawaii--a time which never came. Very good; some scratches to the background and one tiny one under her nose; some light foxing to her white skirt.
