1873. Open 3. PCGS graded MS-62 PQ. CAC Approved. Untoned and frosty. The luster on this double eagle charges in like a wild mustang and nearly runs over the restraining rim on either side. Once your eyes come to rest on it, the coin waits patiently in its plastic encasement, confounding even the most super critical of buyers, messing about with their coin budgets since before all else, one of these must be acquired before the opportunity is lost (PCGS # 8967) .
