1854. PCGS graded AU-55. CAC Approved. Untoned and lustrous. Final year of this short-lived Type (1849-54). Philadelphia made the transition by striking both the Type 1 and Type 2 dollars. The other mints (C, D, O, S) split the chore, each taking one design but skipping the other (PCGS # 7525) .
