GT-5, 1965, Paul Haney's "Debriefing Notes", Handwritten during their post-flight debriefing by NASA, these four pages (6x9") of notes include ththe crew's impressions of the flight. Some definitely "not published later" notes include the comment: "Watch Comment Like The Only Thing kept us Going was Knowing How Bad Off 7 Would Be (all caps)"(referring to the upcoming GT-7 flight). Fascinating reading.
