Jewish Coinage. The Bar Kokhba War, 132-135 CE. AE Middle Bronze (25 mm) attributed to year 3 (134-135 CE). Bunch of grapes hanging from short branch; around, Palaeo-Hebrew inscription "For the Freedom of Jerusalem". Reverse: Seven-branched palm tree with two date clusters; in field, Palaeo-Hebrew inscription "Shim'o" ["n" missing]. Mild 109 [only 4 examples cited]; H-1437 var. About Extremely Fine.

A very rare variety with the reverse letter "nun" missing.
