Lot 1058

1876. PCGS graded MS-66. A nice white coin. Dates in the 1875-77 group, being readily available to collectors now that a fair number have been graded, makes owning one all the more enjoyable since they are affordable. As always, this piece displays thick mint frost and each side has iridescence that confirms its originality; the unaltered nature of the coin's surfaces serve to give it a boost in the grade hierarchy. Fully struck throughout, there are no obvious abrasions on either side. Pop 19; 8 finer (PCGS # 5501) .
Estimated Value $2,000 - 2,200.

Realized $2,185
