Goldberg Coins and Collectibles

Sale 63

Lot 773

1921. PCGS graded MS-63. A hint of light tone, choice with satin-finish luster on all devices. With one or two exceptions (one-cent and Morgan dollar), U.S. coins struck in the year 1921 tend to be scarce to rare depending upon condition. The slowdown in production lasted through 1922 for the most part before coinage production turned up at all three Mints. The 1921 Standing Liberty Quarter Dollar is famous for its elusiveness in choice Mint State condition (PCGS # 5740) .
Estimated Value $1,400 - 1,500.

Realized $1,869
