1884. PCGS graded MS-65 Red. A brilliant pinkish-red in color. Dates in the 1880s range from relatively common in red condition (1880-83) to those which are scarce to downright impossible to find without a lot of diligent searches, and 1884 is among the latter. It along with 1885 and 1886 are and have been favorites with savvy numismatists for decades now. Pop 35; 16 finer with 13 in 66, 3 in 67 (PCGS # 2150) .
