Lot 636

1876. PCGS graded MS-66 Red. A gem spot-free example and fiery mint red in color. Rich colored hues ed are the order of the day where this spectacular gem cent from America's Centennial Year is concerned. Unlike most 1876 Indian cents which are not quite fully struck, and rarely come with mint color, this marvel of precision minting shows all regions crisply detailed including the centers, feather ends, wreath and shield. Consider, too, the low PCGS census: Pop 13; only 1 finer by a point (PCGS # 2126) .
Estimated Value $5,000 - 6,000.

Realized $6,038
