Lot 15

1794 C-5a R4+ F12. Small Edge Letters. Glossy reddish chocolate brown with lighter brown toning covering the highpoints. The surfaces are attractive and the two-tone appearance accents the details and adds to the eye appeal. The only marks are a few trivial rim nicks, including a one left of the bottom of the cap and a couple more at AM in AMERICA. The date is strong and the legends are complete. LDS, Manley state 2.0. The die clashmarks at the neck are clear and the reverse is rotated 60 degrees CW from a normal head-to-foot die orientation. Weight 95.9 grains.
Estimated Value $1,000-UP.
