1896, $1 Silver Certificate. PCGS Choice About New 58PPQ. Fr-224. . KL-38. A splendid Educational Ace from the "A" plate position with a resulting oversized top margin, this piece would easily grade much higher if not for a single light fold. Many "AU58PPqs" often sell for more than a "63" or even "64" graded note, simply because the eye appeal on well-centered notes such as this one is superior to those with higher technical grades.
Estimated Value $1,200 - 1,500.
The William Pannier Estate.

Realized $1,495
