Lot 692

1804 C-13 R1 Plain 4 without Stems AU50. Sharpness very close to mint state, and the luster affords mint state eye appeal, but there are some faint hairline scratches on the portrait. Otherwise this piece is virtually flawless. A small depression on the rim just right of the F in OF is a good identifying mark. Lustrous olive brown and steel with traces of lighter steel brown toning in a few of the protected areas. Nicely struck E-MDS, Manley state 2.0.
Estimated Value $400-UP.

Realized $529
