1899, $1 Silver Certificate Star Note. PCGS Currency Fine 15. . Fr-233. . KL-48. Even though this one of the the more "common" Black Eagle star notes, large size stars are scarce in a relative sense and are seldom seen in high grades. This is a nice example for the grade and is free of any significant or mentionable flaws.
