Lot 1347

1858 Flying Eagle Cent. Small letters. NGC graded MS-65. Nice golden toning. A bright and gleaming gem whose cartwheel luster seems poised to spread like a Fourth of July pinwheel, plus we find a touch of beautiful patina which sets the theme for this well struck coin, especially on the reverse. Broadly well struck with full details on both sides. Definitely gem. Pop 67; 15 finer (PCGS # 2020) .
Estimated Value $2,700 - 2,800.
