1838 Coronet Head Cent. PCGS graded MS-63 Brown. Lustrous light steel brown with woodgrained darker steel brown tones on the obverse. No spots or contact marks. A group of very tiny low spots caused by debris on the die shows over NT in CENT. MDS with a small rim cud over star 5 and a larger one from above star 6 to right of star 7. The repunching on the left side of the I in UNITED is strong. Called MS61 in the Noyes census, his photo #37109. Our grade is MS60+. Pop 1; 4 finer. DWH #1656 (PCGS # 37180) .
