Great Britain. 'Cartwheel' Penny, 1797. S.3777; KM-618. George III. Obverse: Draped laureate bust of King right. Reverse: Britannia seated left with trident and shield, sailing ship in distance. This high grade piece is distinguished by a generous amount of original mint luster. Truly difficult to now locate in this grade, the Spin catalogue price has climbed to £1000 ($1500) in uncirculated. NGC graded MS-62 Brown.
