Great Britain. Penny, ND. S-1251; North 842. William I, the Conqueror, 1066-1087. Bonnet type. Winchester, Aethelwine. (1.24 gm). Crowned facing bust. Reverse: Cross voided with annulet in center, pellet between two crescents at end of each limb. Sharply struck example and deeply toned. NGC graded AU-58.
Estimated Value $1,200 - 1,500.
