1826 N-3 R3 VF25. VF-25. Sharpness near EF40 but recolored glossy very dark olive with dark chocolate brown highpoints. A small patch of microscopic roughness over star 1 and a dull rim nick over the second T in STATES are the notable marks. MDS with dentil fusing at star 6 and from star 7 to star 8. DWH #0607.
