1820/19 N-3 R2 EF40. Small Overdate 20 over 19. EF-40. Attractive glossy dark steel brown and chocolate. Frosty flowline luster covers the fields. The only notable mark is a tiny pinprick left of the first A in AMERICA. E-MDS. The overdate is clear on both digits, including the fine loop of the undertype 9 inside the 0. DWH #0502.
