Ruthven (6.75x9.25") This First Edition limited edition artist-signed unnumbered print was hand-painted on grained zinc plate (photolithograph) using black ink on off-white stock. This issue was the 27th Federal duck stamp issued. The print is professionally framed/matted to 15.25x17" with an "Artist-signed" stamp mounted below. Rare and in outstanding condition.
