1926-D Mercury Dime. PCGS graded MS-65 Full Bands. A splendid gem with gorgeous turquoise and light golden toning. Radiant gem originality of the kind of quality one likes to see in a Mint State 66 Mercury dime are easy to describe for bidders of this actively collected design. The coin displays smooth-flowing luster that blends effortlessly with toned highlights on the frosted surfaces. Knife-edge detail on all devices, with present specimen we see a wonderful separation in the cross bands of the fasces as well as in the broad regions of crisp strike found elsewhere on the coin. Another notable coin. Pop 71; 21 better (PCGS # 4957) .
