1864 Liberty Seated Dime. NGC graded Proof 67. Attractive delicate sunset toning on both sides. Only 470 Proofs made. This is one of the rare dates from the 1860s when production declined to lower levels than before. A spectacular Proof! Survival was hit or miss at the upper end of the grade scale, as this low census confirms: Pop 5; 1 better in 67*.
