Lot 668

1850 N-15 R2. MS-62. Beautiful and highly lustrous bluish steel and light olive brown. A choice example except for a tiny splash of reddish brown toning on the 0 in the date and a larger one over the C in CENT. Sharply struck EDS, die state a. The fine die lines down from the dentils over star 5 are sharp. Great eye appeal in spite of the minor marks, especially on the obverse.
Estimated Value $350-UP.
Ex Bowers & Merena 11/9/06:309 (via Don Valenziano)-Phyllis Thompson.
