1787 Connecticut Miller 29.1-p R6. Fine-12. Attractive glossy medium brown with reddish chocolate toning in protected areas. The surfaces are mostly smooth but there are some very tiny pitmarks on the lower half of the reverse, and these pits are filled with greenish verdigris. The bottom of the date is off the planchet and the portion that remains is weak, but the legends and devices are clear. A curved planchet clip affects the dentils over NN in CONNEC, and the reverse is rotated 100 degrees CW. Weight 141.6 grains.
