3¢ Encased Postage. Burnett's Cocoaine Kalliston. . Fr-EP-39. . KL-EPS55. HB-74. Sc-EP45. This "Cocoaine" encased postage issue is among the most popular in the entire series. The case grades Very Fine or better and is absoutely authentic and untampered holding the 3¢ Washington postage stamp. The mica has a few minor crazed areas as normally seen.
