Napoleon I. Manuscript Letter Signed "Nap" as Emperor, 1 page, in French, 9 x 7¼ in., Fontainebleau, Oct. 4, 1810. To the Duke of Feltre (Clarke, minister of war), telling him to inform Gen. Barraguey d'Hilliers that five batallions of seasoned troops are being entrusted to him and that the cavalry regiment and squadron of foot soldiers, as well as eight battalions of seasoned troops will arrive in November. Fine, with boldly penned signature.
