Kirby Puckett - Handwritten Letter, Signed Baseball Card, & Wheaties Box. Two-page handwritten letter written, probably in 1984, to a young fan in Visalia, California, whom he had met while playing for the Visalia Oaks. In part: "…I'm here in Bloomington, Minnesota thinking about you & your family…I've been so busy trying to find a place to live…." He gives his phone number and says, "You are free to call anytime. Sarah, I told you I wasn't going to forget about you…Besides you are my favorite fan….You guys have to come see me play…I'll give you all the free tickets you need…" With a Visalia Oaks baseball card signed and inscribed to Sarah and an unsigned Wheaties box featuring Puckett on one side and Dave Winfield on the other.
