Welles, Orson (1915-1985) A whimsical Santa Claus head drawn on a 5¾ x 3¾ in. card and signed "from Orson," no place, no date. The envelope is inscribed "for my darling Kendis"' with a heart drawn where the stamp should be and a handdrawn cancellation. Fine. "Kendis" was Kendis Rochlen, the movie columnist for the Los Angeles Mirror-News during the 1950s.
