STS-58, 1993, FLOWN Lapel Pin. Mounted below a framed, gray presentation certificate (11x16.5") that reads, in part: "This STS-58 Lapel Pin was flown aboard the United States Space Shuttle, Columbia, October 18-1993, to November 1, 1993 for Charlie Justiz…" The certificate appears to be hand-signed by the crew. and there is a multicolor crew patch decal attached to the certificate at top. Unusual and quite attractive.
