The board is crew signed in silver at the top and inscribed: "To Charlie Justiz - With appreciation for all your support - STS-29 Crew". There is a descriptive label at the bottom that reads: "This patch was flown aboard the Orbiter Discovery, STS-29, March 13-18, 1989". Attractive.
