Rock Hudson's Crystal and Silver Match Holder and Striker. 3¾" high and 13" in circumference. The body is made of striated crystal, to strike matches, and the top, which has an indentation to hold matches, is made of silver and has silver hallmarks. The piece weighs 2 lbs, 6.2 ozs. Strike marks on the crystal show that it was often used. Hudson kept this piece in his home at 9402 Beverly Crest Dr. in Beverly Hills, where he lived from 1962 until his death in 1985.
