Two Kentucky letters written to attorney George Woods in 1872 and 1873, pertaining to pension applications for former members of the U.S. Colored Troops: Isaac Lucas, Co "B" 4th U.S.C. Hy. and Isaac Dunlap, Co. "A" 4th U.S.C.H.A.C. Both documents are torn and stained.
