1927-D Peace Dollar. PCGS graded MS-65. A wonderful gem white coin. Unrivaled in terms of exterior preservation for a coin in this grade, both sides are well frosted and for all intents and purposes so silvery bright as to require tinted glasses to study under a strong light. In such circumstances, the luster cannot stand alone. Desirable also is to see that this coin is struck with meticulous care by the dies. Especially bold strike on the hair waves and eagle's wing feathers. Pop 147; 9 finer in 66. (PCGS # 7371) .
