1880-CC Morgan Dollar. 8 over low 7, third reverse. MS-60. The 7 undertype is well below the second 8 in the date, on the reverse, the CC mintmark is partially filled at the centers. Untoned and fresh from a mint bag released by the GSA several years ago.
