Impressive Tintype Image of Two Men and Their Horses. 5 x 7 in., featuring two horses in a field, one pulling a man in a carriage, the other being held by a standing man. Plank fencing appears in the background, with trees and outbuildings farther back. The image is slightly blurred at the edges but crisp in the center, except for the man in the carriage, who was apparently in motion as the picture was being taken. Some slight metal bends but the overall condition is good and the image is strong. Framed in a gilt and black painted wooden frame, with gilt brass, stamped ornamentations at the four corners. Overall size 7 x 9 in.
