Dudley Colonel of the First Regiment of Cavalry. Countersigned by Secretary of War William C. Endicott. Fine; a horizontal line affects "Cleveland," otherwise a very attractive document. Matted with an image of Cleveland and framed to an overall size of 39 x 24½ in.
