STS-87, 1997, FLOWN "Hitchhiker" Decal. An unusual presentation certificate consisting of a black folder on the right of which is a multicolor certificate that reads, in part: "NASA, thanks…for making the November 19, 1997 STS-87 Space Shuttle flight of the Loop Heat Pipe and Sodium Sulfur Battery experiments an energizing success". On the left side of the folder is a decal and a label that reads: "This Hitchhiker decal accompanied the LHP.NASBE payload and orbited the Earth 252 times on Space Shuttle 87…". An important piece of flown memorabilia we have not seen before.
