Petrified Wood Sphere. This large 4 inch in diameter sphere is made up of 5-12 million year old fossilized Sequoia wood from Vantage, Washington. The white and various hues of brown clearly show the growth rings of the tree and in sphere form look like a mysterious planet in a galaxy far, far away. This large, rarely found, fossil sphere comes with its own custom swivel wooden stand and should appeal to fossil, mineral and sphere collectors.
