Syro-Palestine Decorative Terra cotta Shallow footed Plate. c. 6th century BC. Height 3 1/4 in. Diameter 9 in. The inside decoration shows varying geometric designs of stripes and lines in red, white and brown. Skillfully repaired. Larger than the usual and quite striking. Found near the Golan Heights.
