Babe Ruth signed on the sweet spot, nice and bold in black ink. Other players who signed include: Ford Frick, Joe DiMaggio, Casey Stengel, Frank Frisch, Herb Pennock, Kenesaw Landis, Joe Duga, Johnny Murphy, Joe Cronin, Joe Cook, Joe Medwick, Lou Little, Bill Terry, and Jimmy Braddock (the boxer?).
This ball has been in the same family since 1938, when Norman Kirmer obtained the signatures by crashing a Press Club dinner honoring past and present players at the Ambassador Hotel in New York City. Excellent condition with the Ruth signature BOLD. Accompanied by a sworn, notarized letter from Norman Kirmer.
