1995 $1 Federal Reserve Note Courtesy Autographs. . Fr-1921-B. A nice group of $1 FRns with the courtesy autographs of Mary Ellen Withrow, Treasurer of the United States, and Robert E. Rubin, Secretary of the Treasury. Included is an uncut sheet of four from the New York district bank, with both courtesy autographs on the second note on the face, and with Rubin's signature on the back between the first and second notes and Withrow's between the second and third notes. Also included is a single note from the Atlanta district bearing both courtesy autographs on the face. Lot of 2 notes.
