1899, $5 Silver Certificate. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. . Fr-280. . KL-250. The bold colors and bright inks on this Indian Chief give it eye appeal that surpasses its already high numerical grade. The paper is a little flat, hence the lack of the "EPQ" designation from PMG, but all that prevents a higher grade is a tiny corner tip fold in the upper right margin.
