1899, $2 Silver Certificate. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64EPQ. . Fr-250. . KL-131. The bold original embossing on this so-called Agricultural Deuce is visible even through the PMG holder. It has good margins for the grade, tight only at the upper right on the face and at the top on the back. Vignetters of George Washington between figures of Mechanics and Agriculture. The engraver of the plate was G. F. C. Smillie.
