1880/9-S Morgan Dollar. PCGS graded MS-64. Deeply toned. A lustrous, well struck example. 1880 silver dollars from the various mints come in all fashions of overdates as the Philadelphia Mint (which makes the dies) struggled to supply enough dies to keep up production at the branches. San Francisco Mint was the most prolific die consumer that year (PCGS # 7122) .
